This page includes information on active comment periods for draft amendments to the Commission's Transportation Improvement Program (TIP).
Draft TIP Amendments
The Commission is soliciting comments on TIP Amendment 2026-01, which includes 33 proposed projects to the TIP. The proposed amendment includes changes to 14 existing projects and the addition of 19 new projects to the TIP. A public review and comment period is being held through Monday January 5th, 2026. Click on the Plan Revisions tab above to view TIP Amendment 2026-01. Comments may be submitted by selecting a project and clicking the Add Comment box. More details on the proposed changes to the projects in this amendment are available under Plan Revisions on the Commission’s eTIP website.
How to Provide Comments
Copies of the proposed amendments are also available at the Commission offices. Commission staff is available, by appointment, weekdays between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM to meet with the public and to answer any questions concerning the proposed amendments.
Written comments may be provided via mail, email, or the comment form below. Comments should be received no later than Monday, January 5th, 2026.
