What We Do

The Southeastern Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission is the official metropolitan planning organization for the seven-county Southeastern Wisconsin Region. We help communities in our Region plan for and solve problems that go beyond their individual boundaries.

New 2025-2028 TIP

In December 2024, the Commission adopted the next 4-year (2025-2028) multimodal transportation improvement program (TIP) of projects proposed to be carried out by the State and local governments in Southeastern Wisconsin. Visit the TIP webpage to learn more.

Proposed Amendment to the 2025-2028 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP)

The Commission is soliciting comments on five proposed projects as part of a proposed amendment to the 2025-2028 Transportation Improvement Program for Southeastern Wisconsin. A public review and comment period is being held through Thursday, February 13, 2025.

New Commissioners Appointed to the Regional Planning Commission

Five new Commissioners have been appointed to the Commission by the Governor’s office and/or respective County. Officers for 2025-2026 were also selected by Commissioners at the December 2024 Commission meeting.
