Local Park and Open Space Planning

SEWRPC provides assistance to local governments (cities, villages, and towns) to prepare and update local park and open space plans. This work is conducted in response to requests from communities and is intended, in part, to help local governments meet Federal and State requirements for securing grants to help acquire and preserve park and open space land and develop recreational facilities.
