Review Services

SEWRPC review services help coordinate regional and local planning and thereby encourage regional plan implementation. Upon request of local governments, SEWRPC reviews and comments on a wide range of materials and proposals, including comprehensive and neighborhood development plans, cooperative boundary agreements, proposed subdivision plats, and proposed certified survey maps, among other items. Review comments are made within the context of SEWRPC adopted regional plans and extend SEWRPC staff technical expertise to the requesting governmental agencies.
