Project Management Services

Project management services are provided by SEWRPC upon request to member county and local governments. Staff currently provides such services to the Regional Economic Partnership, the Kenosha County Housing Authority, and to several local governments in the Region that maintain revolving loan fund programs. Work activities undertaken by SEWRPC include fiscal oversight and management, Federal and State grant procurement and administration of grant awards, flood hazard area clearance activities, and the administration of revolving loan funds.

SEWRPC assisted the City of Pewaukee and the Village of Pewaukee in considering the possible consolidation of these two civil divisions. This effort included program development and operations, including fiscal management. More information on this work effort, which ended in 2011, is provided here.
